Abstract _In this paper°;a classical HO scheme is applied in Mm-Wave cellular systems to show how blockages affect resource allocation. A scheme is applied by adjusting the number of reseved channels dedicated exclusively for the HO requests based on a predefined threshold of the probability of Service (QoS) and hence the resource allocation is managed efficiently . As a result ; an optimized and balanced scheme between the blocking probability of HO calls and the blocking probability of originating calls in the mm-wave BS is required . The results show that a higher number of reseved channels channels is required to satisfy the a higher number of reservad channels is required to satisfy the minimum threshold of the blocking probability of HO calls .
